Equestria's Stories - 43 (Doctor Whooves)

Technically had his one finished days ago, but I didn't like the dialog in the last frame, so I didn't upload it. Obviously, I made the changes, and now I'm happier with it.

I honestly have no idea where I was going with this...
I don't know if I've really remember enough of what I've seen of Doctor Who to write the character well enough for a story arc anyway. It's been quite a while since I've watched any of it...
